What leaves your device

Compressed image previews or video keyframes, plus non-sensitive file facts such as filename, extension, dimensions, duration, and size. These are relayed to the AI provider you selected using your own key. Nothing is sent to any other model provider.

What we store

Using the tools requires a free Google sign-in. Your projects, settings, generated metadata and validation results still live in your browser's own storage on your device unless you turn on cloud backup. Original media files are never uploaded or stored, and thumbnails exist only for the current session.

If you sign in with Google, we store your Google account email, a display name you can edit, and only the data you explicitly choose to sync: project names, filenames and generated metadata rows. Your original files are still never uploaded.

API keys

Your provider key is entered in your browser and kept there — in memory for the current tab, or in browser storage if you choose to keep it for later. If you are signed in, you can also save a backup of your keys to your account: those are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are only ever decrypted for you when you restore them into your own browser. The key is used only to authorise the request that calls the AI provider you selected, and it is never shared with anyone else.

Logging

Request bodies, authorization headers, raw keys, and image previews are never logged. Provider errors are redacted before they reach the interface.

Your controls

Everything is under your direct control: clear a project from the interface, remove your saved provider key, or clear this site's data in your browser settings to erase all local data at once. If you have an account, the account page lets you delete individual saved projects and keys, or wipe every synced row in one action.

Advertising cookies

Once advertising is active on this site, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. No advertising cookies are set until ads are live.

You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings. This is not limited to Google: third-party vendors and ad networks generally may also use cookies to serve ads here, and you can opt out of many of them at aboutads.info/choices or through your browser settings.

Provider policies

Data sent to Google or OpenAI is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy, using your own account and billing.
