• Title: a descriptive caption. Keep it to 70 characters so the same title passes Adobe Stock.
• Description: optional, but useful. 150 characters or fewer keeps it reusable on Shutterstock.
• Keywords: up to 50. Use 49 relevance-ordered terms.
• Category: one category per asset, chosen from Freepik's fixed list.

Freepik's audience skews toward designers and marketers looking for usable assets, not editorial imagery. Lead keywords with the literal subject, then the use case ("presentation background", "banner", "mockup"), then style terms. Vector and template assets benefit especially from format words such as "flat", "isometric", "line icon" or "editable".

1. Upload your batch to Freepik first so filenames are registered.
2. Generate metadata in the studio with keyword max set to 49 and a mixed single-word / phrase ratio.
3. Review titles and keywords inline; fix anything the model got wrong.
4. Export the CSV and attach it in the Freepik contributor panel.

Filenames in the CSV must match the uploaded files exactly, including the extension — the most common cause of a rejected bulk upload.
